As a kind of mixing equipment, the ribbon mixer is widely used in the mixing of solid-solid and solid-paste of putty paste, putty powder, real stone paint, dry mortar, food, chemicals, feed, ceramics, refractory materials, etc. Stir the viscous material. However, for materials with large fiber content and large difference in density, it is not suitable to use a ribbon mixer.
The barrel structure of the ribbon mixer ensures small resistance movement of the material in the cylinder; and its transmission main shaft is provided with double spiral blades, the inner spiral belt conveys the material to the outside, and the outer spiral belt gathers the materials to the inside. The material forms a low-dynamic and efficient stirring environment under the convective movement of the double-belt ribbon.
At the same time, the inner and outer diameter spirals installed on the stirring shaft of the ribbon mixer drive the material in the barrel to make the maximum amount of material in the barrel. When the device is working, the spiral drives the material near the shaft to rotate the shaft, and the axial direction is pushed from the inside to the sides. The outer spiral drives the material near the barrel wall to rotate the shaft, and the axial direction is pushed from both sides to the inside, so that the material can be Uniform in a short time.
The ribbon mixer adopts the method of bottom discharge, the powder material adopts the pneumatic large opening door structure, has the advantages of quick discharge and no residue, and the high-fine material or semi-fluid material adopts manual butterfly valve or pneumatic butterfly valve. The manual butterfly valve is economical, and the pneumatic butterfly valve has good sealing performance for the semi-fluid, but the cost is higher than that of the manual butterfly valve.
In the case where heating or cooling is required, a jacket may be additionally provided for the ribbon mixer, and the corresponding heating method may be selected by electric heating and heat conduction oil heating. In comparison, electric heating is convenient, but the heating rate is slow and the energy consumption is high; the heat transfer oil heating needs to be equipped with oil pan and oil guiding power and pipeline, and the investment is large, but the heating rate is fast and the energy consumption is low.
