Lab sander classification

The lab sand mill,  is a kind of grinding equipment compared to the industrial production sand mill type. The working principle is the same as that of the industrial production sand mill.

By passing the material through a grinding chamber with a rotor, the grinding chamber is filled with a certain amount of grinding medium (grinding beads), and the material collides with the grinding medium through the rotating rotor, squeezes, stirs, and mixes to achieve slurry pulverization. A grinding device that refines the effect.

Compared with the sand mill for industrial production, it has the characteristics of small volume, compact structure, small power, light movement, convenient disassembly and assembly, relatively small output, low noise and low price. The biggest difference from the industrial production sander is the volume of the grinding chamber. The volume of the grinding chamber of the laboratory sander is as small as 0.1L, as large as 10L and 15L.

Laboratory sand mill main application areas
