Small high-speed disperser hydraulic coupler disassembly sequence
- Sep 07, 2018 -

1. Remove the motor. Loosen the motor anchor bolt and move it away from the assembly chain, along with the front half coupling (outer wheel drive coupling) or the coupling body (inner wheel drive coupling) attached to the motor shaft.

2. The half coupling is disassembled. The semi-couplings are made of cast iron or cast steel and have high strength and can be disassembled by conventional disassembly methods such as heating and tweezers.

3. Disassembly of small high speed disperser hydraulic coupling. The coupling is made of radium and is not allowed to be hammered or disassembled by heating. It can be removed with a special removal tool.
