Regardless of chemical fiber production process engineering or fiber product quality, titanium dioxide has excellent dispersibility, and titanium dioxide agglomerated particles larger than 10 microns are excluded as much as possible.   Preparation of chemical fiber titanium white suspension by sand mill


  Sand mill (2 times grinding): The sanding method is to increase the ultrafine dispersion and grinding of the sander on the basis of the sedimentation method. Due to the higher viscosity of ethylene glycol, the shear force of the dispersion disk is insufficient to overcome the cohesive force between the individual particles in the formation of the condensed particles. Therefore, it is necessary to grind twice with a sanding machine equipped with a medium (substantially still a dispersion process) to completely achieve the dispersion effect. The slurry after grinding twice was added to a suspension of ethylene glycol diluted to a mass ratio of 25 percent, and stirred for about 30 minutes to enter the feed tank.


  Sand mill (4 times grinding): 4 times grinding method is to prepare 50% by mass of titanium dioxide and ethylene glycol suspension to be ultra-finely ground by sand mill for 4 times, then add ethylene glycol to dilute it. A 25 mass ratio suspension is added to the feed tank after mixing. This completely eliminates expensive centrifuges.
